Village at Greenfield is located on the edge of Downtown Wilmington, by CFCC and a short drive to UNCW. It is a normal apartment complex, not student focused, nor senior citizen focused, focused on everyone. You can pick from 1, 2, and 3 bedroom, one story apartment homes.
In all apartments you will find walk-in closets, the main kitchen appliances, and Washer and Dryer connections. There is a laundry facility at Village at Greenfield in case you do not want to buy a Washer and Dryer. There is also a playground if you would like a place for the kids to play.
