Tempe Villa Condominiums are located just east of the ASU Tempe Campus, a short walk to the light rail. The community is made up of 88 condos built in 1981. The majority of the condos are one bedroom, 631 sq ft, but we could not confirm if all are this way. All units have stackable Washer and Dryer connections, with most having the w/d included.
This is not a student community, so you will not find all of the fancy features, but there is a Pool.
As Tempe Villa Condominiums is a condo community there are many different owners with a wide range of prices, pet policies, lease terms, maintenance response times, etc....
