Chesapeake Condos are located 1.5 miles south of the ASU Tempe Campus. The community is made up of 2 and 3 story buildings, with one and two bedroom condos (629 & 941 sq ft). All units come with the major kitchen appliances, and select units have Washer and Dryer (a laundry center is available if your condo doesn't).

Since Chesapeake Condos is a condo community there are many different owners, with various rules/requirements. Look carefully to find the right fit....
