Casitas East is located by University and McClintock roughly 1 mile east of the ASU Tempe Campus. The community consists of 2 and 3 bedroom condos ranging from 1,000 to 1,300 sq ft. The community was built in 1979 to 1980, but given the concrete exterior you see little wear and tear, even if you can date it by the style.
